Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, WSO2, and Azure Logic Apps or any integration tool using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and design tailored integration strategies.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to streamline incident management, service requests, and workflows across systems.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, changes, problems, and configurations within integration and service management solutions.
  • Develop and maintain APIs (REST, SOAP) and ensure effective communication between integrated systems and platforms.
  • Optimize cloud-based integration solutions and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance using cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledgeable with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, and other DevOps tools.
  • RDBMS / SQL or exposed to other messaging protocol (JMS, FTP, SMTP). Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide ongoing optimization and support for existing integration solutions.
  • Ensure integration solutions comply with security, governance, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in managed services or client support role, or API integration/developer role.
  • Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, WSO2, or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Expertise in integrating ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Zendesk) and automating incident management workflows.
  • ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certifications.
