**Customer Success Expert Role**We are seeking a results-driven individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction and technological advancements. As a trusted consultant, the Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve success with our software and services.The ultimate goal is to increase value, retention, customer satisfaction, and ultimately revenue through expanded use of the Wing platform.
  • Becoming the primary point of contact post-sales by conducting a thorough onboarding process and taking full ownership of the account's health post-implementation
  • Preparing the account for billing by ensuring the customer successfully starts with our service, introducing their assistant, granting access to the Wing platform, and prompting the customer to delegate their first task
  • Developing a tailored plan focused on short-term and long-term growth, identifying ways Wing can support those goals
  • Proactively managing relationships between virtual assistants and clients during and after onboarding, including regular check-ins and monitoring customer usage with our proprietary web tool
  • Managing all inbound customer communications by organizing/escalating and resolving issues appropriately, including assistant quality, staff replacement, billing, sales, and technical inquiries
  • Understanding Wing's offerings and communicating its value clearly to customers to promote upgrades, upsells, and referrals
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher, excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least a year of experience in client relationship management AND/OR project management, comfort with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools, understanding of online software (SaaS) services, and a positive attitude with the desire to contribute to our success under pressure.
