Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team. As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for auditing and optimizing client marketing programs across multiple channels, including social media and Google Ads.

You will work closely with our channel specialists to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition for our clients. Your expertise in cross-channel marketing program management will be essential in crafting integrated marketing plans that meet our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Program Optimization: Analyze and optimize client marketing programs across multiple channels to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with channel specialists to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in client marketing programs.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to ensure timely delivery of client marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook, and other self-serve platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
