Job Summary:

The Marketing Strategy Professional develops and executes tailored marketing strategies to meet client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and campaign performance. This role involves client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop targeted marketing plans.
  • Strategize, formulate, and execute retention marketing campaigns, including email and SMS strategies.
  • Communicate insights and reports on campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive overall positive client experience.
  • Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough strategy and instructions, aligning everyone on the overall strategy.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients to enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Share industry insights and information to position the company as a thought leader.

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development.
  • Team Alignment: Ensure cross-functional teams have clear instructions and are aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader.
