Job Description
  • We require someone to handle daily administrative operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • The ideal candidate will manage bookings, customer inquiries, and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining certifications, permits, and regulatory compliance records is also an essential part of this role.
  • You will coordinate logistics for diving trips, including equipment and transportation arrangements.
  • Your responsibilities will include assisting in inventory management of diving gear and supplies.
  • You will prepare reports, invoices, and documentation related to diving operations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities is a critical aspect of this position.
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience in the diving or maritime industry is an advantage, but not necessary.
  • You must have knowledge of diving industry regulations and certifications (PADI, SSI, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
