A Day in the Life

The senior growth analyst audits current and prospective clients' marketing programs, crafting integrated marketing plans across channels with an emphasis on social media and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determining budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the customer journey.
  • Collaborating with specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan.
  • Conducting research and analysis on prospective clients, their industry, vertical, similar clients, and competitors.
  • Collaborating with specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure projections align with client objectives and business requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
  • Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients with high monthly spend.
  • Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
  • Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels.
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
Performance Metrics
  • Appraisal Production (10+/month).
  • Win Rate (50%+).
  • Percent of Appraised GP to Won GP (70%+).

  • Audit Speed.
  • Thought Leadership in appraisal collateral development.
  • Accuracy of Appraisal Forecasts.
