IT Support Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent values and culture, ensuring processes align with our values at all times.
  • Communicate and uphold company values while protecting the company's best interests.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Plan proactively to ensure zero downtime in operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service for IT and management requests.
  • Continuously improve IT knowledge through training and development.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the IT knowledge base.
  • Build strong relationships with management, clients, and team members.
  • Maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Manage and follow up on open tickets, ensuring proper response and resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the IT Manager.
  • Evaluate current and upcoming hardware and software standards.
  • Participate in IT projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience, with a background in customer service or IT support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with remote connectivity issues.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
