Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external clients to drive project success
  • Manage project documentation, records, and deliverables, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure project continuity
  • Communicate project status and requirements to various levels and audiences, articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Support the achievement of departmental and corporate strategies, goals, and objectives by providing strategic guidance and direction

What We're Looking For:

  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a project management role leading medium to large-scale global projects
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry required
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading a project team
  • Expertise with formal presentation, word processing software, spreadsheet applications, and flowcharting tools
  • Willingness to work on US hours and travel internationally
