International Recruitment Manager

The key objective of this role is to develop and maintain a strong network of recruitment partners globally, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new international recruitment partners, fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing international accounts.
  • Able to work independently with an organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
