Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing internal search function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for partnering with Executive Recruiters to understand briefs and define strategies that drive successful talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Executive Recruiters to develop targeted strategies that meet client needs.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, talent identification, and competitor analysis in education and technology sectors.
  • Benchmark industry trends and best practices to inform talent acquisition decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior candidates and stakeholders across global markets.
  • Evaluate candidate relevance and strategic fit using industry expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in AI, EdTech, and digital transformation in global higher education.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in executive search within technology and/or education sectors.
  • Proven track record in global executive sourcing, supporting senior and C-level appointments.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, database management, conference and event-based research, and finding hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and international candidates.
  • Excellent professional communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about innovation in education and technology.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
