Administrative Support Role

You will provide essential support to our team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to client success in high-stakes talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to provide professional experience and build strong relationships.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops, promoting collaboration and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, with a proven track record of success in supporting senior executives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work products.
  • Works well independently and in a team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
