Visual Storyteller Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key player in shaping media strategies, you will drive client success and deliver high-impact campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of ad creatives that showcase their ability to design bold, conversion-focused visuals. They will be proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with a solid understanding of direct-response marketing principles.

Responsibilities include designing static and animated ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails, as well as landing page assets and brand-consistent designs.

The successful candidate will also be able to interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement, while staying up-to-date on the latest ad design trends and top-performing formats.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing
  • Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
  • Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals
  • Clear English communication for remote collaboration
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote-first environment
