Learning Content Developer

The Instructional Designer plays a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of learners within Fresenius Medical Care.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key learning objectives and tailor content to meet the requirements of various learner populations.
- Determine the most effective delivery mechanisms, such as e-learning, virtual classrooms, or face-to-face training, to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Set clear instructional goals and develop content that aligns with these objectives.
- For e-learning initiatives, conceptualize engaging visuals, intuitive user interfaces, and polished final products.
- Integrate interactive elements, such as exercises and activities, to enhance the learning process and overall learner experience.
- Develop supporting materials, including audio and video components, simulations, role-plays, and games, to reinforce key concepts.
- Design assessment methods, like tests and quizzes, to measure course effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- Identify and recommend improvements or replacements for low-quality or outdated learning content.
- Maintain alignment between new content implementations, including prerequisite identification and version control, and document projects accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in instructional design, along with certifications or relevant coursework, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with multiple web design technologies, multimedia formats, and Learning Management Systems is essential.
- Strong visual design skills and ability to write compelling instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts are necessary.
- Several years of working experience in instructional design, preferably in an international multicultural business environment.
- Proficiency in project management principles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with SMEs and Talent-Learning Leaders to co-create learning solutions that address business needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.
