Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Equity Administrator to manage our global equity programs.

  • Maintain accurate processing of equity transactions such as grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations.
  • Reconcile equity data within Equity Edge Online, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support quarterly ESPP enrollment & purchases, contribution rate changes, and disposition reporting
  • Record equity compensation income, tax withholding, and ESPP contribution elections in our HRIS platform.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure timely accounting for stock-based compensation.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnotes and disclosures related to equity compensation.
  • Provide documentation and explanations for internal and external audit requests related to equity compensation.
  • Complete monthly audits of equity grants, terminations, and share balances outstanding
  • Implement new controls and processes to ensure compliance with SEC Regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years of experience in stock administration or equity compensation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform self-audit to ensure utmost accuracy at all times.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level II or Level III

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity compensation structures and compliance requirements.
