We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a temporary work-from-home opportunity where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to and accepting inbound calls from healthcare providers. You will answer questions about participation requirements, assist with registration and login, assessment completion, and scoring results inquiries.
- You must have an active PRC License.
- At least 2 years of bedside or clinical experience.
- 6 months of BPO Healthcare Account experience is preferred.
- This role is Temporary Work-From-Home.
