Senior UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

As a senior UX designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
  • Support the marketing team with visual design for things like white papers, social media posts, and pitch decks.
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX designer or any related role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
