Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, with proficiency in Premier software, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of Australian payroll and tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and enter invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage commission payments for sales representatives
  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas
  • Handle payroll processing in compliance with Australian laws
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS)
  • Generate monthly financial reports
  • Oversee debt collection processes
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax and payroll regulations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Premier software
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including use of formulas
  • Proven experience with Australian payroll and tax laws
  • Experience preparing BAS and monthly financial reports
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
