Job Title

The role of Remote Production Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a team, including tasks related to purchasing, production, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor orders and documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails
  • Ensure POs are accurate and issued to suppliers with correct client artwork files
  • Assist in contacting suppliers and vendors for order status, proof, and tracking information
  • Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics
  • Provide timely support, research, and feedback on the progress of orders, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries
  • Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases
  • Add products to digital catalogs, ensuring accurate pricing, product details, and high-quality images
  • Create client-specific lookbooks tailored to project needs, showcasing curated merchandise with branding recommendations
  • Design and apply simple logo or text mockups to products for visual presentation in catalogs and client proposals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or any related field
  • 1- 2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Working schedule: Ability to work flexible hours within US operating hours
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications, Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
