Job Title

The Failure Analysis Laboratory Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to production teams, monitoring reliability, conducting DPA evaluations, qualifications, and customer returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides skilled support on package related evaluations using FA visual and electron microscopy inspection tools.
  • Offers basic support services to both internal and external customers, such as X-ray, SAT, SEM/EDX, macro and micro inspection, and micro-sectioning.
  • Prepares samples for analysis and cleaning to ensure returned samples from customers are suitable for ATE verification.
  • Assists FA personnel with administrative tasks like managing general store supplies.
  • Conducts periodic housekeeping in the area, especially in the wet lab.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a technical course.
  • Preferred with at least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
    • Skills
      • Possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Hands-on experience with optical microscopes, SEM, SAT, X-ray, and other failure analysis inspection tools.
      • Good communication skills.
      • Proficient in MS Office applications.
