Job Overview

  1. We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Business Planning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business planning, financial analysis, and data visualization.
  2. The successful candidate will assist the Financial Planning Manager in all aspects of the budgeting process, including developing budget templates and managing the consolidation of budgets for the Group.
  3. This role requires critical examination of consolidated budget estimates from all departments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and conformance with established procedures and regulations.
  4. In this position, you will monitor and analyze performance to budget monthly throughout the year, providing financial advice to business unit executives and managers to support proper financial planning and decision-making.
  5. Assisting in projecting future financial needs is also a key responsibility of this role, as well as performing cost-benefit analyses and other related ad hoc analyses when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in business planning, FP&A, forecasting, with proven ability to deliver high-quality and accurate reports within timescales.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.
  3. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Slides) is highly desirable, as is experience in Data Visualization tools like Visual Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  4. Motivated self-starters who are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
