To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and business analysis, preferably in analytics related to headcount and remuneration.
  • Strong accounting skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
