Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT service operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant IT services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve IT service operations processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to support automation, service mapping, and monitoring processes.
  • Implement and maintain IT service management tools, such as ticketing systems, workflow automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor and analyze IT service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT services and procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of improving IT service quality, reducing downtime, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical skills, including ITIL v4 certification and proficiency in IT service management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
