Key responsibilities:
- Manage Executive Communications: Oversee email correspondence for Account Executives, ensuring timely follow-ups, meeting debriefs, and coordination of next steps.
- Meeting Preparation & Documentation: Organize agendas, align on discussion points, confirm attendee readiness, and handle legal document preparation and signatures.
- High-Level Client Engagement: Communicate professionally with top-tier clients, including fund managers, entrepreneurs, and executives.
- Travel & Scheduling Coordination: Plan and arrange commercial trips, book transportation and accommodations, and secure at least three prospect meetings per day to maximize efficiency.
- Sales Dashboard Management: Maintain accurate prospect details, track deal progress, and document clear meeting summaries.
Requirements:
