Job Description:

  • Administrative Support: Manage emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Documentation Management: Monitor employee compliance, including licenses, qualifications, and other certifications held by employees.
  • Support for Project Management: Assist project managers with tracking project progress, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate project files.
  • Data Entry: Keep equipment registers, vehicle servicing registers, and other essential reports, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
  • Timesheets: Review and process weekly employee timesheets.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Generate progress claims, prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
