We're seeking a seasoned proposal strategist to lead the development of sales proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive projects forward on schedule
  • Analyze RFPs; contribute to bid strategy, win themes, and discriminators; develop proposal plans and outlines; and complete comprehensive proposals with attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and layout
  • Maintain close working relationships with Sales, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to generate high-quality proposals and presentations, including document preparation, team coordination, writing, editing, proofreading, compliance, overall quality control, and deadline adherence
  • Help define win strategies, themes, key messages, and other critical proposal content
  • Manage and communicate proposal development and production timelines, keeping teams and management informed of changes as they occur
  • Oversee all aspects of proposal phases, including Kickoff meetings, internal proposal team meetings, and reviews

About You:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience managing the proposal response process, preferably in business process outsourcing (BPO)
  • You have experience collaborating with, coordinating, and leading remote teams
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills
  • You have strong industry knowledge – a deep understanding of the contact center world
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Responsive (bid management application) is a plus but not required
