Project Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of client and internal projects.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management for assigned initiatives from start to finish.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate and manage remote teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues—escalate when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and share it appropriately with relevant parties.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and post-project reviews to assess performance.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in tech, operations, or marketing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage remote teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Preferred Traits:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfort managing international clients and multicultural teams.
  • Detailed-oriented focus on delivering quality results within tight deadlines.
