Jobbeschrijving

De afdeling waar jij bij zult werken is onderdeel van ING Business Banking Nederland. Hier werk je samen met verschillende teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de digitale klantreis van ondernemers.

Je taken:
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige klantjourney van Lending- en Leaseproducten.
  • Beheer van leadstromen naar het remote advice team; optimaliseren van conversie en stoppen van ineffectieve stromen.
  • Rapporteren van salesperformance voor sturing en managementrapportages.
  • Uitvoeren van klantonderzoeken ter verbetering van de customer journey.
  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe proposities en marketinginitiatieven met data-analist en digital marketing team.
  • Ondersteunt het team door data-inzichten te leveren en zoekt actief naar nieuwe manieren om inzichten te verkrijgen die jou en het team kunnen helpen bij het nemen van beslissingen en het onderbouwen van standpunten in discussies over de toekomst van de propositie.
  • Analyseren en verbeteren van de funnel op basis van data en trends.

Jouw voornaamste taken zullen zijn om de digitale klantreis voor ondernemers te verbeteren. Je zult nauw samenwerken met teams die digitale tools ontwikkelen en met salescollega's die deze in de praktijk toepassen.
