We are seeking a seasoned SEO professional to spearhead our search engine optimization strategy across multiple websites and brands. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating organic visibility, driving higher-quality leads, and strengthening overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for local audiences in Singapore.
  • Execute on-page and off-page optimization, including internal linking and content structuring.
  • Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to boost domain authority.
  • Drive ad copywriting, manage negative keywords, implement new keywords, conduct experimentation and A/B testing, maintain records of all UTM tags used, and optimize landing pages.
  • Produce weekly search and SEO reports, featuring insights, measurements, keyword research, and search trends.
  • Plan and execute SEO and organic search marketing initiatives. Conduct keyword research and planning, creating a comprehensive plan comprising longer and shorter tail keywords to target, based on pillars such as generic and branded keywords, to enhance SERP organic rankings.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site SEO optimization, including website audits, tagging of images metadata, updating the sitemap, link building, disavowing bad links, and more.
  • Manage and maintain our search and web-related assets. Configure integrations, measurements, attributions, conversions, and dashboards. Utilize GA4 and UTM codes for tracking and attribution.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay abreast of algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective.
  • Report on SEO KPIs to leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Detailed knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience handling international SEO projects (UK, US, or global markets).
  • Experience producing SEO reports with keyword trends, insights, and search performance.
  • Ability to stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends proactively.
  • Experience collaborating with other marketing teams for campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages for SEO.
Working Arrangements
  • Wednesday to Friday, 8 hours per day between 9:00 AM-6:00 PM SGT (GMT+8)
