We are seeking an ambitious Control Associate to join our Central Risk and Controls team in Manila.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a strategic mindset, responsible for operational excellence across business-critical controls.

This role requires partnering with the business operational risk management, technology, and business teams to implement solutions and strategic initiatives for Commodities and Global Markets business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing control solutions using various data platforms and tools
  • Managing delivery on an individual or team basis to achieve business outcomes
  • Leveraging experience working with large and complex enterprise data to create advanced dashboards
Requirements:
  • Degree and/or Masters qualification in a quantitative subject is an advantage
  • Relevant controls or operations experience in a financial institution or similar organisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an inquisitive mindset
