Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be proficient in project coordination tools like Airtable or Trello, and have experience working independently with cross-functional teams.

This role is responsible for providing critical support to the marketing and sales engine, ensuring seamless execution of projects across multiple tools and teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the sales team and external design agency, coordinate beer support materials, and manage customer-facing components of retail programs. Additionally, they will track progress of label development, ensure timely release of marketing assets, and facilitate collaboration across marketing, design, and web teams.

Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Airtable or Trello
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zones
  • Bonus points for experience in beverage, CPG, or agency coordination
