About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform automated data entry into electronic medical records (EMRs) to support research and development efforts.
  • Complete workflow tasks using scripts, available information, and assistance from the production team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles for accuracy to ensure seamless workflows.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within electronic medical record systems with a strong understanding of system functionality.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly valued.

Additional Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work remotely in a HIPAA compliant environment, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing project requirements.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
