Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals who share a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences. As a People Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of experienced professionals to achieve their goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of experienced professionals to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of people management experience, preferably in Sales and Operations driven organizations in the financial services and/or technology industry.
  • Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience, Bachelor's degree from a top 15 university.
  • Skills: Exceptionally high service standards, ability to connect and communicate business strategies with day-to-day operations, experience collaborating with Compliance and Regulatory teams.
