We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist with a regional focus to join our team at Partners Group. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for designing and leading people department tasks and processes while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Main Responsibilities- You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, building trust and independently advising and supporting business and employees on all people processes.
- You will ensure that all people processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- You will manage external providers and budgets, optimizing processes and process documentation to improve efficiency.
- You will contribute to projects, defining project plans, and ensuring smooth roll-out of new processes and procedures.
- You will provide assistance to team members and business, taking the lead to resolve more complex people operational concerns and escalating to Regional Head Human Resources as needed.
- You should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- You should have minimum 6-8+ years of proven experience working as an HR Generalist in a multinational organization with a regional scope.
- You should have expertise in compensation & benefits, particularly in handling SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig.
- You should have experience working with Japan, Korea, or Mumbai is an advantage.
- You should have hands-on experience with various selection processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- You should be tech-savvy with a high aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- A people management qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
- You should be highly organized with good interpersonal skills.
