Job Description:

Create custom designs for various products like murals, wallpapers, and textiles. Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver high-quality work while maintaining color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Design Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant production software.

Key Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, college undergraduate degree, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
