Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support our quality assurance process by reviewing creative outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • QA Execution and Support:
    • Conduct initial QA checks on creative assets based on established checklists and brand guidelines.
    • Flag inconsistencies, formatting errors, and quality risks before final review by the Senior QA Lead.
    • Assist in routing assets for approvals or revisions based on QA outcomes.
  • Task Tracking and Documentation:
    • Update internal trackers with QA status and task notes.
    • Maintain proper documentation of feedback, revisions, and approvals for traceability.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with Producers and the Senior QA Lead to clarify feedback and ensure expectations are met.
    • Participate in QA huddles when needed to align on standards or escalate blockers.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Actively participate in calibration sessions, training, and mentorship to enhance QA skills.
    • Stay updated with brand and client-specific requirements across projects.
  • On-site Work and Training:
    • Must be available for on-site work once a week, including scheduled on-site training sessions as needed.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Perform related duties as assigned.

As a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of creative outputs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical skills and learn about quality review best practices in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Production Support, preferably within a creative or media production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn quality review best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, and digital asset management platforms is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Final Cut.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable operating on both Mac and Windows systems.
  • Good communication skills, able to understand and apply feedback from cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of creative production workflows, formats, and QA processes.
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
  • Positive, deadline-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and personal accountability.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends.
