Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide onboarding and helpdesk support with customer-centric input
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Address customer issues with a proactive mindset and resolve them efficiently
Requirements:
  • Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex customer data
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer support, with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred
  • Excellent time management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Results-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude and passion for continuous improvement
