Job Title:

Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive social media plans across multiple platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories, aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights and data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
