Cloud Solution Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Consultant to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality assessment services.

As a Cloud Solution Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of cloud assessments, utilizing best-in-class Microsoft platforms.

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of cloud assessments, managing and executing activities required to perform an assessment. You will also act as a point of contact for customers during the solution process, providing subject matter expertise on first- and third-party discovery tools.

You will educate customers on cloud assessment tools and manage the provision of SA solutions, including customer engagement related to deployment and data coverage. Additionally, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting deployment issues for customers and performing copilot workshops and other assessment portfolios relevant to Microsoft AI Business Solutions.

  • Presales, Kickoff and Scoping: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Cloud Assessment.
  • Discovery: Determining the optimal platform to achieve the stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of the collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Assessment Review with Microsoft Solution Specialists, Account Team and/or Microsoft Partners before customer presentation.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and Microsoft stakeholders (ATU, STU).
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.

You will have 3+ years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions. Proficiency in English is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences, position Cloud solutions, and value proposition to potential new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters. Experience in assessing discovery platforms, deploying, troubleshooting, and leveraging stated platforms (two or more) is essential. Additionally, experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals is desirable.

We partner closely with Microsoft to accelerate customer cloud journeys through comprehensive Cloud Assessment offerings.
