
Remote Revenue Operations Manager

This is a remote position in our revenue operations organization, reporting to the Sr. Manager.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced people manager to lead a team of specialists across multiple timezones, supporting high-touch sales teams and external vendors.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategy and vision for the team.
- Oversee day-to-day activity and performance as a hands-on people manager.
- Ensure team members are achieving and exceeding internal key performance indicators.
- Serve as the point of contact for various stakeholders with questions during the sales cycle.
- Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze efficiency, including service level agreements and support volumes.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to support the sales cycle.
- Partner with content managers and analysts to create and maintain process documentation.
- Handle internal escalations and expedite problem resolution.
- Maintain operational reporting and deliver executive updates.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Drive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems.
- Partner with analysts on projects to identify repeatable data entry processes suitable for automation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in Excel, including creating formulas.
- Working knowledge of sales service desk tools.
- Background in quoting, billing, or vendor management in a B2B or B2C setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work/influence across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to participate in video meetings daily.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in complex situations.
- Team player.
- Atlassian product experience.
- Experience with controls or in a controls environment.
- Enterprise software industry experience.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar tools.
