Job Overview

This is a remote position in our revenue operations organization, reporting to the Sr. Manager.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced people manager to lead a team of specialists across multiple timezones, supporting high-touch sales teams and external vendors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy and vision for the team.
  • Oversee day-to-day activity and performance as a hands-on people manager.
  • Ensure team members are achieving and exceeding internal key performance indicators.
  • Serve as the point of contact for various stakeholders with questions during the sales cycle.
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze efficiency, including service level agreements and support volumes.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to support the sales cycle.
  • Partner with content managers and analysts to create and maintain process documentation.
  • Handle internal escalations and expedite problem resolution.
  • Maintain operational reporting and deliver executive updates.
  • Train and onboard new team members.
  • Drive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems.
  • Partner with analysts on projects to identify repeatable data entry processes suitable for automation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including creating formulas.
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools.
  • Background in quoting, billing, or vendor management in a B2B or B2C setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work/influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to participate in video meetings daily.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in complex situations.
  • Team player.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Atlassian product experience.
  • Experience with controls or in a controls environment.
  • Enterprise software industry experience.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar tools.
