Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a strong background in quantity surveying, architecture, and project management, particularly in the UK market. This role may involve responsibilities such as a Quantity Surveyor or Architect.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pre-construction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical oversight of project execution.
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives.
  • Contract setup.
  • Post-contract project management including budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring strong project management skills and experience in the construction industry.
