Key Requirements
  • Doctorate (PhD/MD) or equivalent advanced degree in clinical microbiology, demonstrating a strong foundation in research methodologies and analytical thinking.
  • A proven track record of at least two publications in the last two years in the field, showcasing expertise in research design and methodology.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high level of objectivity in peer review work.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate manuscripts for originality, novelty, and relevance to the field of study, ensuring accuracy and validity in the evaluation process.
  • Critically assess study design, methodology, and literature review to guarantee the highest quality of manuscript content and formatting.
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to authors on manuscript quality, content, and formatting, enabling them to enhance their work.
  • Recommend publication decisions based on thorough evaluation of manuscripts, ensuring the integrity of the peer review process.
