Job Title: Customer Experience Professional

As a key player in our team, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster lasting relationships with clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive management of client expectations, and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Client Onboarding:
    • Lead internal teams to ensure smooth kick-off meetings with clients.
    • Review client requirements and manage clarifications effectively.
    • Prepare all necessary data, including KYC and customer profiles, for client onboarding.
    • Classify and categorize customers based on their needs.
    • Establish clear expectations and develop work plans with clients, including milestones and target dates.
  • Client Success Management:
    • Align internal teams and VAs for seamless service delivery, particularly when multiple VAs support a client.
    • Conduct regular health checks and follow-ups with clients.
    • Facilitate recurring team meetings to review client progress.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, apply corrective actions, and notify relevant stakeholders.
    • Track project targets and milestones.
    • Identify growth opportunities for clients and suggest additional services.
    • Coordinate training for VAs if knowledge gaps are identified.
    • Organize surveys and health check meetings for clients.
    • Resolve client complaints and lead the team to resolve problems efficiently.
    • Manage holiday greetings, promotions, and communications for clients.
    • Identify potential re-engagement opportunities at contract expiration.
    • Ensure a smooth transition to replacement VAs in case of VA resignations.
    • Develop escalation paths for critical client issues.
  • Client Support and Requests:
    • Handle new client requests or additional support needs.
    • Coordinate new service requests, including provision of additional VAs.
    • Manage upskilling requests for VAs.
    • Adjust schedule or hours as requested by clients.
