LogiScale Inc. is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions with insurance companies regarding billing guidelines, coding, and denials.

You'll assist in confirming tickets in Brightree for re-orders to generate billing, stay current on CMS guidelines, and follow NUCC standards. Additionally, you'll assist with reviewing and working electronic submission rejections, incoming correspondence, and/or denials for established payors for reprocessing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in confirming tickets in Brightree for re-orders to generate billing.
  • Stay current on CMS guidelines and follow NUCC standards.
  • Review and work electronic submission rejections.
  • Work incoming correspondence and/or denials for established payors for reprocessing.
  • Post incoming cash for established payors as well as any denials or recoupments that might be included in insurance EOB.
  • Work outstanding A/R to identify claims that require follow up to prevent write offs of any kind.
  • Communicate concerns or trends to immediate supervisor and biller for further discussion.
  • Work directly with Case Manager and Patient Care Coordinators to communicate needed information to generate clean billing and collectable revenue.

Requirements:

  1. Essential to have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Knowledgeable in basic office operations and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks when workload is abundant.
  4. Able to represent the company in a professional manner.
  5. Maintain HIPAA compliance in accordance with company policies and understand their obligations under the Privacy Rule.
