About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Paid Social Lead to spearhead our largest channels across North America.

This high-performance/high-impact role offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the organization, from Brand and Creative to Analytics.

Your primary focus will be on Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) as Strategic Investments. You will work closely with in-house experts and agencies to identify synergies and bring high-quality customers to our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from start to finish.
  • Analyze performance drivers using a data-first approach to optimize for channel ROI.
  • Oversee campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g., targeting, optimization, creative direction.
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth.
  • Ensure timely project management support to meet deadlines.
  • Manage external partners and contractors to maximize performance.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large-scale paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A process-improvement mindset to enhance efficiency in activities.
  • A curiosity to understand 'why' behind performance data.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments and a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web tracking setup.
