Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Video Editor to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to create captivating short-form videos that showcase compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed.

  • Research emerging trends in digital and social content, focusing on post-production techniques.
  • Contribute creative ideas and direction on briefs, leveraging deep video expertise to elevate every project.
  • Own your post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating closely with creatives, strategists, and marketers along the way.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging videos that stand out, crafting compelling narratives from raw footage with precision and speed.
  • Edit and deliver optimized content for various digital channels.
  • Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative storytelling and editing techniques.

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent file management and version control habits. You should be able to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in creating high-quality content preferably with any on-set experience.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, multimedia assets, and exporting for multiple channels, including both traditional and social media.
  • Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
  • Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
  • Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output.
