Key Role: Social Media Assistant

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal support role within our social media team, focusing on content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Responsibilities:
  • Content Scheduling: Organize and schedule daily posts across various platforms, utilizing tools like Buffer or Later.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and DMs, and foster authentic connections with our community.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to maintain our relevance and creativity.
  • Team Support: Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and writers to coordinate campaigns and meet content deadlines.
  • Analytics Tracking: Assist with performance reporting and extract key metrics to evaluate successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Digitally Native: Strong understanding of social media platforms and effective communication skills.
  • Organized & Reliable: Ability to plan ahead, manage content calendars, and follow through on tasks.
