About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Application Support professional who can receive and respond to technical customer service requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, chat or SMS. As a key member of our support team, you will utilize various databases to select the best processing method and explain the solution to the client in order to resolve the inquiry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Resolve client and/or merchant technical support issues relating to point of service (POS) products, including dial-up card swipe terminals, and provide standardized responses by utilizing established documentation and processes.
  • Begins to build base knowledge of POS products, policies, customer service procedures, and an understanding of compliance and association guidelines through ongoing training and referring to online manuals as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No Relevant Experience Required

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to develop basic payments industry knowledge
  • Research ability to resolve customer inquiries
