We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automation Tester with hands-on expertise in UiPath to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for business process automation (RPA) solutions ensuring error-free deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts for UiPath workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers, RPA analysts, and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues to resolution.
  • Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test data as needed.
  • Ensure test coverage, traceability, and overall quality of the automation solution.
  • Participate in code reviews and process improvements in QA best practices.
  • Support UAT and production rollout phases with defect analysis and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing with at least 1–2 years in UiPath RPA testing.
  • Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools.
  • Solid experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail or similar.
  • Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator, Studio and related components.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages e.g. Python, C#, VB.NET is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
