- Deliver Complex Corporate Secretarial Services: Prepare complex corporate documentation and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.">
- Apply Corporate Secretarial Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, applying knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.">
- Contribute to Process Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance corporate secretarial processes.">
- Build Advanced Knowledge: Develop expertise in client-specific requirements and industry practices, staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.">

- Qualifications: ACCA/ACA/CIMA part or fully qualified or qualified by experience.">
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with proven ability to handle complex tasks independently.">
- Skill Set: Advanced knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, proficiency in preparing complex board papers, resolutions, and regulatory filings, and strong risk management skills.">
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and support knowledge-sharing initiatives and team development.">
