Field Service Role Overview

We are seeking skilled technicians to provide installation, debugging, and technical maintenance services for product hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs within assigned territories.
  • Inspect products for correct operation and resolve issues or escalate according to established procedures.
  • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in Field Services preferred.
  • Able to lift at least 20kg of equipment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
